The staff are friendly, non-obtrusive. the room were big and bed were comfy, our room were quiet and we slept very well. the room service were great and quick. the service they offer on tours were reasonable and easy to book with some help from the staff recommending us where to go and visit. the pool were lovely but we didnt get the chance to swim around. will come again on our next trip to siemreap. thank you for stay : )

Great location to a lot of places. Nice clean and comfy room. Great attentive staffs. Would stay again. onsite restaurant were nice we had lunch and it was tasty and good price. nice pool to cool down after a long day of visiting the temples. the spa and the massage was really good and we enjoyed it very much

The room with a pool access was better than on pictures. Better than what we would expect. Felt very private with amazing design details. But what was truly spectacular was the service. The personnel at the hotel went above and beyond. I can confidently say it is the best service I’ve ever encountered, and I have traveled a lot. This is a service that goes beyond service - it is a true experience that also feels very genuine. I’d be back for sure.

The property is stunning, very beautiful, clean and calm. The apartments were very big and comfortable. Our highlight were the people and the additional service: from free afternoon tea to fruit in the room to the option of showering in another room after checkout when we came back from Angkor Wat. Really great experience for a great price! They even prepared a nice breakfast package for us that we could pick up before heading for the sunrise tour.
